Smart Expos & Fairs (India) Pvt. Ltd. is a company registered in India, engaged in the organisation of B2B trade exhibitions and industrial fairs in India and internationally. Our registered office is at 116, Manickam Lane, Mount Road, Guindy, Chennai – 600 032.

2. Use of the Website

• The website is provided for general information about ELECXPO 2027 and Smart Expos exhibitions
• You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malicious code, or use it for unlawful purposes
• All content, logos, trademarks and images on elecxpo.com are property of SEFIPL or its licensors
• You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only

3. Visitor Registration

• Free visitor entry is reserved for verified B2B trade visitors
• SEFIPL reserves the right to verify and approve / reject registrations
• Students, children below 18 and general public are not permitted

4. Exhibitor Bookings

• Submission of the stand booking form constitutes an enquiry, not a confirmed booking
• Confirmed bookings are subject to SEFIPL's Exhibitor Terms (separate document)
• Full Exhibitor Terms are available at /exhibitor-terms

5. Communication & Marketing

• By submitting any form, you consent to receive communications from SEFIPL about ELECXPO 2027 and related Smart Expos events
• Channels include email, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, phone and post
• You may opt out of any channel at any time

6. Limitation of Liability

SEFIPL provides this site on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about completeness, reliability or availability. We are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

7. Force Majeure

SEFIPL is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control — including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government action, natural disaster, civil unrest or venue cancellation.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

9. Changes

SEFIPL may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
